PCComplete Service Item Submission

This form allows users to submit Service Items directly to PCComplete. This process will take a few minutes to complete. The Service Item will then be logged in to the PCComplete Service Database and a notice will be printed for the a technician.

To start, enter the serial number of the item your wish to start this service call. (PCComplete assembled computers and service contracts will automatically fill-in much of the information for you.)

This is a live link to the PCComplete databases and represents the most current information possible. Though all due diligence is observed by the staff of PCComplete while editing the database content, errors and exclusions may occur. Though this database contains all of the computers assembled by PCComplete, not all information my have been stored in the database at the time the computer was assembled (this include assembly information and software information on earlier computers).
